Job Description:

A surveillance professional is responsible for monitoring and observing designated areas, people, or activities to detect and prevent illegal activity, security breaches, or other unwanted events. They utilize various tools and technologies, including CCTV systems, access control systems, and other surveillance equipment, to gather information and maintain situational awareness.

Responsibilities:

  • · Monitoring: Continuously monitor surveillance systems and equipment to identify suspicious behavior, security threats, or violations of rules and regulations.
  • · Observation: Observe and analyze activities in designated areas to identify patterns, anomalies, and potential risks.
  • · Reporting: Document and report any security incidents, suspicious activities, or unusual events to the appropriate personnel or authorities.
  • · Investigation: Assist in investigations by providing surveillance footage, evidence, and analysis of events.
  • · Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, access control systems, and other monitoring tools.
  • · Collaboration: Work closely with security personnel, law enforcement, and other stakeholders to ensure safety and security.
  • · Compliance: Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to surveillance and privacy.

Specific Responsibilities May Include:

  • · Analyzing intelligence and data to identify potential threats or vulnerabilities.
  • · Providing testimony in court or hearings.
  • · Developing and implementing security procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is often preferred but not required.

Must be able to obtain a Washington State Gambling License upon hire required.
