Position Description
NOW HIRING: Janitorial Staff $16/hr to $18/hr, part time/full time, depending on experience..
Requirements
- General understanding of cleaning procedures (Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing)
- Ability to read, write, and communicate efficiently
- Ability to fill in on your days off as needed
- Ability to complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, kneel, and walk / be on your feet for long periods of time
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Knowledge of the safe handling of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to learn and keep up with current occupational safety standards and material safety data sheets (MSDS)
- Ability to respond quickly to messes, accidents, or requests from management
- Ability to work indoor or outdoor as needed
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Cooperate with fellow staff members
- Be able to get to and from work in a timely manner
- Dress and act professional
General
Tasks
- Clean and sanitize designated facility areas
- Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, window cleaning, drain cleaning
- Empty trash and recycling receptacles around the facility (Indoor and outdoor)
- Vomit, diarrhea, and any other human waste cleanup as needed
- Stock and resupply designated facility areas
- Notify upper management of deficiencies or needed repairs
- Restroom cleaning, sanitizing, restocking
- Organize and maintain maintenance supply area
- Assist management with tasks or projects
- Parking lot cleanup
- Litter removal and sidewalk sweeping
- Complete any and all other cleaning related tasks assigned to you.
Compensation
- Fulltime Employees receive Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits after 90 day introductory period
- Pay Range $16-$18
Pay: $16.00 to $18.00 per HOUR
