Position Description
Reporting to the General Manager and the Regional Facilities Manager, the Facilities and Maintenance
Supervisor will oversee overall facility maintenance and services of a small Casino/Restaurant.
Maintenance Operations
- Supervise the daily operations of the maintenance department ensuring compliance, safety and
- corrective and preventative maintenance procedures are followed.
- Oversee and report maintenance by tracking work hours, managing material purchases used in
- maintenance/project work and working with the accounting department to ensure all work is billed
- correctly.
- Analyze, diagnose, and recommend correction for company equipment problems including
- HVAC/Refrigeration equipment, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems.
- Service and repair equipment as needed.
- Supervising/scheduling of the janitorial crew.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and
- procedures.
- Inspect working conditions to ensure all activities are compliant with company and regulatory
- standards.
- Acquire bids from, and manage, vendors and suppliers, including building and grounds
- maintenance and improvement vendors.
- Experience
- 5+ years of general maintenance experience.
- Experience with carpentry, plumbing, HVAC/refrigeration, electrical and whole facility
- maintenance.
- Experience with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Fluent in English, additional languages helpful.
Compensation
- $31-35 per hour Depending on experience.
